David Austin Tranquillity Shrub Rose 6L

Named for its pure white flowers, the Tranquility English Shrub Rose from David Austin Roses is delicate and beautiful. It has beautifully rounded flowers, with neatly placed petals making up perfect rosettes. The buds are lightly tinged with yellow but as the flowers open they become pure white. A vigorous shrub; its growth is bushy and upright, clothed in light green foliage, curving outwards in a most attractive manner.

Introduced in 2012, this rose is suitable for all soil types and prefers full sunlight. The shrub will do best in a east, south, or west facing position. It is ideal for brightening up mixed borders, or for celebrating in rose hedges and borders. Versatile, it also does well in pots and containers, for a more mobile splash of colour and scent.

After approximately three years of annual pruning, the Tranquility will be about 125cm tall and 125cm wide, with a delicious fruity scent and large blooms. As a repeat flowerer, this bush will give you fragrant flushes of flowers from late spring to early winter.
