The Whitehall Membership App

By registering and participating in Whitehall Garden Centre Membership, you confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before downloading the Whitehall app. We take the privacy of your data very seriously and will use your data in the following way:

Depending on the marketing preferences you select on sign-up, we may contact you by e-mail, text message or postal mail with communications related to Whitehall Garden Centres. You can amend these preferences within the app at any time.

We may use your previous purchase history, obtained when you shop with us, to tailor our communications. We may use your date of birth to send you a treat on your birthday.

To be a Whitehall Garden Centre Club member you must be a UK mainland resident, aged 18 years or over and have a UK email address. The Whitehall App can be used within the garden centre, restaurants, and aquatics centres, it cannot be used in The Garden Beauty & Wellbeing Salon at our Lacock centre or online via our website. Please note, all relevant sections of the registration form must be completed in full before your sign-up is complete. You can terminate your account within the Whitehall app at any time.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Whitehall App is promoted by Whitehall Garden Centres Ltd trading as Whitehall Garden Centre in Lacock, Whitehall Garden Centre in Woodborough and Whitehall Garden Centre in Whitchurch. Registered Offices: Whitehall Garden Centre, Corsham Road, Lacock, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN152LZ.

2. Members are only permitted to hold one Whitehall Membership account. We value the integrity of our application and aim to maintain a fair and inclusive environment for all participants. Therefore, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the banning of individuals, who are found to have set up or are using multiple accounts to manipulate or exploit the system. Such actions may result in the forfeiture of any benefits or privileges associated with the accounts in question. We encourage all participants to use their account responsibly and in accordance with the terms and conditions.

3. The Whitehall App can only be used by the member who is named and registered on the app account. Whitehall Garden Centres may refuse an application for any reason and reserve the right to merge or close additional accounts at any time. You must keep us informed of any changes to your personal or membership details. We will not be responsible for any loss of vouchers or benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate. We may, at our discretion, decline to issue, withdraw, or remove member vouchers, or invitations on the app at any time where a member appears to have breached the terms, or behaved in an inappropriate, misleading, or abusive manner.

4. Vouchers can only be redeemed by the named member of The Whitehall Club.

5. The Whitehall Club is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club. Offers are not transferable or resaleable.

6. The Whitehall Club vouchers or coupons are valid only for the dates specified and will not be valid after this date.

7. All products and services featured as part of The Whitehall Club are subject to availability and prices in store or online may vary.

8. Vouchers or offers are not exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers and can only be used as explained on the voucher.

9. Promotional coupons or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer in-store unless otherwise stated and can only be used on the products stated, even where alternative products have the equivalent value.

10. Particular rewards or offers may have their own terms & conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Whitehall Garden Centres reserves the right to cancel The Whitehall Club and any benefits attributed to it at any time, by giving 3 months’ notice. In respect of any unused offers, Whitehall Garden Centres will honour these offers in conjunction with the expiry date of that individual offer, unless stated otherwise.

12. Whitehall Garden Centres reserves the right to substitute offers or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.

13. Whitehall Garden Centres reserves the right to vary the level/value of offers or benefits at any time and without notification.

14. If no transaction occurs in any 12-month period, we may terminate your account at our discretion.

15. Whitehall Garden Centres cannot be held responsible for any loss of vouchers incurred because of out-of-date details or for delayed or undeliverable mail, e-mail, or SMS.

16. Whitehall Garden Centres is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of the app or the inability to receive or redeem vouchers.

17. Nothing in the terms & conditions shall limit or exclude Whitehall Garden Centre’s liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).

18. Whitehall Garden Centres is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the administration of The Whitehall Club and to contact you for the purpose as described in this application.

19. Whitehall Garden Centres adheres to the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.

20. Steps to delete your APP account

Step 1: Log into the app

Step 2: Go to the Account icon.

Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’.

Step 5: Enter App password and tap delete.

Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.
