Soft on the palate with a rich ruby colour, this blend of Pinot Noir and Rondo combines the best characteristics of classic English red wines.
The summer of 2018 left a legacy long after the long, warm summer days had faded and was well suited to producing a great harvest for reds. Nethercote Hill 2018 is a true reflection of this fantastic harvest. With light tannings, Oak undertones and a deliciously rich cherry hint on the palate.
This wine pairs perfectly with lamb and other red meats, as well a being the perfect accompaniment to a traditional cheese board, or simply enjoy on its own. Best served at room temperature.

| Harvest Details | Picked from our Maud heath block on a south facing slope with chalk and loamy soils. Single Guyot trellis system with 4,100 vines per hectare. Most of these vines are 12-15 years old and we hand pick all of our grapes. The 2018 harvest produced an average sized crop with good ripeness and crisp acidity. |
