David Austin Wisley 2008 Shrub Rose 6L

The Wisley 2008 English Shrub Rose from David Austin Roses is tranquil and stunning. IThe perfect rosette flowers are shallowly cupped, about 3” across, and are a very pure light pink. The outer petals pale prettily towards the edges. The growth is elegantly arching, producing its flowers along the stems and building up into a fine, vigorous shrub. It was named for the famous Royal Horticultural Society garden at Wisley, where many English Roses are planted.

Introduced in 2008, this rose is suitable for all soil types and thrives in partial or full sunlight. It is ideal for brightening up mixed borders, or for enjoying as cuttings, for a more mobile splash of colour and scent.

After approximately three years of annual pruning, the Wisley 2008 will be about 140cm tall and 140cm wide, with a delicious fruity scent and medium blooms. As a repeat flowerer, this bush will give you fragrant flushes of flowers from late spring to early winter.
