David Austin Adelaide D'orleans Rambling Rose 6L

The Adelaide D'Orleans Rambling Rose from David Austin Roses is beautiful and elegant. Its small pink buds open into semi-double flowers, which quickly fade from cream to white. They are held in small, dainty sprays, hanging gracefully from the branch rather like the blooms of a Japanese cherry. The growth is very lax and not too vigorous, making it an easy variety to train. It also has the added benefit of being almost evergreen.

Introduced in 1826, this rose is suitable for all soil types and can thrive in full or partial sunlight. It is ideal for threading through a large arch or pergola, or can be an attractive addition to the front of your house. This rambling rose is versatile, as it is can also be grown on large structures or small trees.

After approximately three years of annual pruning, the Adelaide D'Orleans will be about 6 metres tall, with a seductive light musky scent and medium sized blooms. You can enjoy these blooms for 3 to 4 weeks during mid summer when the bush will be flush with flowers.
