Lacock- Patisserie Chef
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with managing and motivating staff, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times and assisting with the day-today running of the Restaurants.
Experience in supervising a team within the Restaurant industry is desirable and be familiar with high volume catering whilst understanding and implementing Health & Safety standards.
Your days of work will include working 4 days between Monday to Friday every week and alternate weekends. Bank Holidays are required.
Restaurants Supervisor responsibilities & skills:
·Assisting with the operational running of the restaurants.
·Supervising staff and providing them with feedback.
·Responding to customer complaints.
·Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
·Meeting and greeting customers and organising table reservations.
·Advising customers on menu and wine choice.
·Training and motivating staff.
Housekeeping responsibilities & skills:
·Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
·Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
·Preparing cash drawers as required.
·Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
